The top floor Junior Suite, 25 m², is perfect for a romantic getaway. The ceiling with exposed beams and bricks gives it a magical atmosphere, far from the noise of the world. That’s probably why it’s Umberto’s favorite room.

It's got a double bed plus a sofa bed in the seating area. The spacious bathroom has a window, adding natural light. 

We also love the view across the rooftops to the Santa Maria Maggiore church tower.

The second floor Deluxe Double, 20 m², bathes in sunlight through the full-length glass doors. You can open them and enjoy your breakfast or aperitivo with a splendid view from the Liberty style balcony. 

Just like all of our rooms, it features an ornate wrought iron double bed. 

The golden ceiling lamp sets the room aglow at night. This is Anita’s favorite room - and yours, if you love glamor and want to feel the beat of the city. 

This adorable second floor double, 17 m², has a lovely wrought iron balcony, perfect for observing the buzz in the piazza. 

The graceful wrought iron double bed is one of our favorite pieces of restored furniture. You'll also love the Liberty style en-suite bathroom with natural light. 

We’re so happy it was possible to save the original brick ceiling in this room! 

The top floor Superior Queen,17 m², has a high ceiling adorned by exposed beams and bricks, and a panoramic view over the city. 

The double bed with its floral decorations invites you to relax. Windows in the bathroom and loft give the room plenty of natural light from both sides.

During our first season, this room was praised by our Guests for its peace and quiet in a serene ambience. 

This elegant Deluxe room, 26 m², is situated on the first floor and overlooks the piazza. 

It has a double bed as well as a sofa bed, welcoming also two friends traveling together. 

There’s a desk in the corner, should you need to get some work done. And the seating area is perfect for relaxation, for example, enjoying a glass of smooth Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.
