Today is the last day of Palazzo Florio’s Season 2024, our fifth. We’ve just finished the day’s housekeeping operations. Just like last year, I’m sitting at the reception alone, with the Guestbooks from all rooms piled up next to me. I want to take a peaceful moment to re-read the wonderful messages people have written, and quietly reflect upon the season that has just flown by. Before I do, I’d like to say…

Since creating Palazzo Florio, my motto has been: hospitality is like friendship, two-way traffic. We cannot create the Guest’s experience for them, we create the experience together with the Guest. If both parties engage, magic can happen.
