Who’s that girl on the cliff?

When you take a panoramic walk on the edges of Vasto’s historic city center, at one point, if your eyes are sharp, you will get a glimpse of this girl-like figure in the far distance. She’s standing on a cliff and you’re not quite sure what you’re seeing.

Her name is “la Bagnante”, and she’s become an important symbol of our city. The following brief video gives you the key facts.
